Zeyora is committed to offering quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. We carefully inspect each item before dispatch; however, in rare cases where a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist with an exchange. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted. Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange.
To initiate an exchange, customers must email us with their order ID and clear images or videos showing the issue. Once the request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be shared. Exchange approval is subject to quality verification by our team.
